Last holiday

Every student in the world when finished the course they put planning for long vacation. Some of them visit the old friends or traveled outside country. I am going to write about my last vacation. It's really very hard time on my life.

The first day I spent all day with my family and I took my children to the desert to ride camel.

I enjoy my time when I spent with my family. The second day, I received call from my doctor to remind me for the second operation, because I had injured on the left knee one year ago.

I went to hospital in Abu Dhabi and I did the operation. But my doctor advise me to do the phiycal training. So , I spent all my vacations at the hospital. However, my college friends visit me and I was very happy when they visit me.

Therefore, the second semester begin and I missed my classes because, I can't walk as well

My scariest night in Liwa

I've traveled a lot by car in different places in UAE. Nowhere, however, have I ever been as scared as I was one night on 2 Sept 2007 in the Liwa desert.

It was on the first day of my trip from Al Ain to Liwa in the desert. The day was cold and Ahmed got sick at the night. We were lost in the desert and Mohammed forgets the GPS. We were looking for the place to set up the tents and get rest.

We saw the scorpions while we were cooking. Ahmed and Mohammed made a fire. We were listening to music and I tried to keep my friends unafraid.

We saw a old man come to us we were thinking if he was a ghost. The old man was rid the camel and he always traveled once a year from Al Ain to Liwa. The old man had shown us the right way.

We will never going to any desert without GPs or Map. I've learned to have self trust and how to keep everything on the right way.

My name is salem Mohammed Al mansoori . Iam 25 years old. I worked at GASCO for three years ago. I'm studing chemical engineering and lookink forword to improve my knowledge.
In my free time i like to swim and fishing. I like shopping in Abu Dhabi Mall.
